missing wardrobe inconvenient storage

the location was acceptable for exploring the city by foot.

I found there were no wardrobes in the rooms, which i found absurd. in my 50 years, i have never seen a hotel room without wardrobes or even wall hangers. guests are forced to spend their entire stay with their suitcases open. This was quite inconvenient.

totally fantastic stay!

friendly staff convenient parking great breakfast spacious room

The staff was so friendly. I loved how they always smiled! i used the parking and found it very convenient, it saved me so much hassle. breakfast was really great, and had lots of choices, yum! the room felt spacious and clean.

the lift made a slight noise sometimes.

The room included bunkbeds which the kids adored. it also had a separate shower. This made mornings so much easier! the room was really spacious. We had plenty of room for everyone's luggage.

the staff spoke english very well, communication was never a problem, i really appreciated that. they provided helpful directions and recommendations, it enhanced our trip. staff at reception was very attentive and quick to help.

The location is good with easy walking access to many restaurants and grocery stores. The value is decent compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were helpful.

There were bugs in the room. The room smelled, it was not properly cleaned. There was no internet.

spacious rooms excellent staff bad smell luggage fee

the rooms were spacious, i observed. excellent staff assisted me. the train station was conveniently located just three blocks away, i noted.

I noticed a bad smell in the hallway, i can confirm. the smell was especially noticeable in the room, i must say. towels were changed only upon request. This policy was in place, i think. a fee was charged for holding luggage at reception. This detail is important.

convenient location friendly staff busy road night noise

The location was convenient to the train station. Several supermarkets were also nearby. They proved useful. The staff provided assistance with our requests. I found them friendly.

The road outside was busy, and my room faced it. It was quite noisy at night. I was woken up a few times by cars. I also heard people, and sounds that seemed like street cleaners.
